Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Nuhgz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you have an issue, contact your local carrier or reach out to us at support@nuhgz.com and we'll do our best to help.
