Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nuhgz gear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@nuhgz.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@nuhgz.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
